If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Revivv , accessible from https://revivv.co/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
All orders from You are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process We incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while We understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, We are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If You cancel Your order BEFORE it has been shipped, You will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
You cannot cancel Your order AFTER it has shipped and the cancellation will be treated as a return.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be treated as a return.

Conditions for Returns
We hope that you love our products, but sometimes things don’t work out. As we always want to make our customers happy, please reach out to [email protected] should You have any questions or concerns.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods were not used or damaged
You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to Us. Please contact us at [email protected] to get your RMA # and set up return shipping.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We require an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Returned goods will be assessed a $5 restocking fee.
You may cancel an ongoing subscription up to 3 days before shipment. We cannot guarantee cancellation if a cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to shipment.
Subscriptions must be canceled via the self-service portal if you have any issues with logging into your account. promptly send an email to [email protected]
